　　中共十一届三中全会后，随着对外开放政策的深入贯彻和吸引外资环境的不断
改善，自1979年开始，山东纺织工业通过补偿贸易，举办合资、合作企业，开展租
赁业务和利用外国政府贷款等多种方式积极利用外资。10年来，共举办外资项目
134个，总投资30135.81万美元，共吸引外资17460.06万美元。
