　　从50年代起，山东省纺织工业开始进行纺织产品对外贸易，70年代初承担援外
建设项目。中共十一届三中全会以后，对外经济技术合作迅速发展。1986年，山东
纺织工业认真贯彻纺织工业部制定的“以增加出口创汇为突破口，实现纺织工业战
略转移”的方针，积极参与国际竞争，大力发展外向型经济，对外经济业务全面发
展，出口创汇迅猛增长。
