    位于潍坊市寒亭区，是山东省唯一生产粘胶纤维的全民所有制中型企业。
    该厂1982年筹建，总体规模年产粘胶纤维8000吨。一期工程年产4000吨，1984
年6月破土动工，1986年12月底投产。二期工程1987年12月投产，均一次试车成功。
    1988年，该厂职工2300人，主要设备有HR401人造纤维纺丝机216锭/4台，固定
资产原值8000万元，总产值2299万元，销售收入4943万元，全员劳动生产率 13659
元/人。1988年，生产粘胶短纤维6083吨，产品质量正品率达98.75％，一等品率为
92.73％，达到了全国粘胶纤维的质量水平。
