　　山东省一轻工业基本建设和技术改造投资，资金主要来自各级政府财政拨款、
银行贷款、企业自筹等。建国至1985年，全省一轻工业累计完成投资22.84亿元，
新建、扩建和改造全民所有制企业457个、集体企业349个、其他12个。1985年全系
统固定资产原值30.488亿元。
