    灯泡生产的主要工艺分玻璃配料熔化，玻壳、玻管吹制、拉制，灯丝、导丝制
作，灯头制作等零配件生产工艺和绷丝、封口、排气等装配工艺。建国初期，山东
省电光源生产依经验操作。60年代开始执行部颁标准，并制定了相应的工艺文件、
图纸，为单机半机械化生产。70年代实现机械化生产。
