        〖工艺〗〖设备〗〖骨胶〗
    骨胶生产分骨料粉碎、提油、擦骨、熏磺、水洗、蒸胶、过滤、浓缩、冷冻、
成型、烘干、包装等工序。1932年开始生产骨胶时，主要生产设备有锤式砸骨机、
蒸胶锅、盘管式蒸发机。1943年砸骨机由锤式改为轮刀式，蒸发机由盘管式改为真
空式，新添了提油机、熏磺炉、擦骨机等设备。1966年山东试制成功国内第一套珠
状胶生产设备，结束了中国只能生产片胶的历史。70年代对真空泵、擦骨机、洗骨
机进行了更新，将往复泵改为水流真空泵，擦骨机、洗骨机改为连续式，实现连续
化、机械化生产。
