　　山东制盐业最早采用煎煮法。明朝至清末，煎煮法和滩晒法并用。民国期间，
滩晒成为制盐的主要方法，山东盐区的永利、王冈、官台、西由、富国、石河、涛
雒等7个盐场，不论海滩、井滩，均采用滩晒。建国后，海盐生产全部采用滩晒。
