    釉系各种原料混合、烧制、球磨而成。烧粉前的原料配比，70年代以前普遍采
用人工配料混合搅拌，各种原料混合不够充分。1970年后，部分厂家引进碾式搅拌
机配粉新工艺，，使配料的均匀度达到90％以上，保证了瓷釉的质量。60年代烧粉
采用坩埚炉，人工添料、出料，劳动强度大，生产效率低。70年代起各厂家先后将
坩埚炉改造成池炉，采用重油烧粉，人工添料，自动出料。80年代部分厂家引进了
回转炉烧粉新工艺。
    球磨工序60年代采用水泥壳磨料机，70年代末普遍采用了铁壳磨料机。
