    60年代，全由人工操作。1975年，济南搪瓷厂设计制造了去油、酸洗、脱脂、
中和、漂洗、烘干自动流水线，五道工序一次完成，提高了脱脂酸洗质量。尔后各
厂家也相继建起脱脂、酸洗流水线，有的厂家还采用了远红外线及电烘干装置。
