        〖金属壳生产〗〖工艺〗
    山东省于1959年开始生产金属壳保温瓶。当时采用手工压丝、压边，手工冲床，
设备简陋陈旧。60年代末改用普通冲床和自制简易压丝机。70年代初采用了大烘干
箱、小烘干机、塑料风机、硅整流器等冰花氧化工艺设备。70年代末至80年代，增
设大冲床、螺纹滚切四道机，扩大了氧化、冰花、喷漆、罩光等设备，实现了喷漆、
罩光工序连续化、红外线烘干，氧化工序增加了环保净化塔和劳动车，实现了机械
化生产，改善了劳动条件。
