    建国初期用草木热灰退火，后采用间歇式退火窑。60年代以连续式退火炉取代
间歇式退火炉，适应了机械化、连续化生产的需要。70年代又以重油取代了煤、煤
气作燃料，便于操作，易于控制炉温，进一步提高了退火质量。80年代，山东日用
玻璃行业的大部分企业实现了配料、熔化、成型、退火4 道主要工序的配套自动化
生产。
