　　50年代采用手工混砂地面造型，煤炉熔化。60年代采用了振压式造型机、振动
式筛砂机和三排风口冲天炉。1974年，青岛缝纫机厂新铸造车间安装型砂风力轮送、
提升机送砂、环型烧铸、机械造型、机械输送、清砂的铸造生产线。济南、潍坊、
烟台缝纫机厂也先后安装使用，并采用机械射芯，对噪音和粉尘进行了防治。青岛
缝纫机厂还安装了无箱挤压铸造生产线。
