　　建国前，山东缝纫机制造业属修理、仿制，设备简陋、工艺技术落后。50年代
开展群众性的技术革新活动，改进了刀具和夹具。60年代开始更新设备，以专用设
备和组合机床代替了普通机床。70年代以后普遍采用新工艺，少切削、无切削加工
向半自动、自动化方向发展，特别是铸造、电镀、烤漆工序，逐步实现了连续化生
产。
