　　食品工业系山东省一轻工业的重点行业之一。山东是国内重要的农副渔牧业区，
以此为基础的山东食品工业规模大，发展速度快，生产工艺、产品种类、质量均居
全国同行业首位，并拥有一批历史悠久、饮誉海内外的企业、产品，如青岛啤酒厂、
烟台张裕葡萄酿酒公司，以及它们生产的青岛啤酒、金奖白兰地、雷司令干白葡萄
酒、味美思等等。至1985年末，一轻系统有食品企业233个，食品科研机构5个，职
工总数7.9万人，其中工程技术人员1738人。
