　　水产资源保护是渔政管理的重要内容和中心任务。随着捕捞工具的改进和渔船
的增加，因酷渔滥捕对水产资源造成的破坏越来越严重，对水产资源的保护逐渐成
为发展捕捞业的中心议题。建国以来，特别是1979年以来，渔政监督管理部门逐步
建立、健全，水产资源保护法规不断完善，以及监督手段的逐步现代化表明，加强
水产资源的保护，为其按照自身特点繁殖创造一个适宜环境的工作已逐步走上正规
化。
