　　因机淤固堤需要，简易吸泥船发展较快。吸泥船的工作介质是泥沙，对水泵磨
损气蚀严重。为了提高水泵的耐磨度，1975－1978年，齐河修防段与黄委会水科所、
水电部十一工程局设计研究院、中国科学院吉林应用化学研究所、上海长虹塑料厂
协作，进行环氧沙浆、液体橡胶、复合尼龙等三种非金属涂料的研制和耐磨抗气蚀
试验，为延长水泵寿命提供了适用技术。1978年获全国科学大会奖。
