　　德惠新河开挖后，从1970年-1977年，沿河陆续建成王凤楼、后张、赵棒槌、
郑店、王杠子、大刘店、白鹤观、胡道口等中型拦河闸8座，共投资678万元。一次
蓄水量达4048万立方米，年调节水量8186万立方米，设计灌溉面积33.5万亩。至
1985年，年均实际灌溉面积29.5万亩，并为沿河工业和滨海区人畜吃水提供水源。
