　　灌区工程于1959年5月开工，1960年5月开灌。渠首位于鄄城县临卜镇苏泗庄黄
河大堤上。旧引黄闸建于1960年，1978年建新引黄闸，设计引水流量45立方米每秒。
灌区位于鄄城县西部。设计灌溉面积41.8万亩，有效灌溉面积24万亩。灌区内有总
干渠2条59公里，干、支渠228条，长626公里，总干排1条长13公里，干支沟106条，
长434公里，干支沟渠建筑物619座，灌区建设投资3405万元，其中国家投资717万
元。灌区于1962年停灌，1965年复灌。灌区粮食亩产由复灌前的138公斤，增长到
353公斤。
