　　灌区工程于1971年10月开工，1972年6月开灌。渠首位于齐河县马集乡潘庄。
引黄闸设计引水流量150立方米每秒，1980年8月改建。改建后，引水流量100立方
米每秒。原设计灌溉面积209万亩，1980年调整为500万亩，其中自流灌溉面积209
万亩，抗旱提水灌溉面积291万亩。可灌溉齐河、禹城、平原、陵县、夏津、武城、
德州、宁津8个县市的农田。灌区内有总干渠1条长70.5公里，干支渠154条，长421
公里，排水干支沟174条，长796公里，干支渠沟建筑物736座。累计国家投资4450
万元。1981-1985年，平均每年引水7.8亿立方米，实际灌溉面积320万亩。灌区粮
食亩产1985年达到570公斤。
