　　灌区位于利津县。1969年3月动工兴建，10月建成开灌。渠道引黄闸位于利津
县王庄黄河大堤上，设计引水流量30立方米每秒，设计灌溉面积21万亩，有效灌溉
面积12.1万亩。灌区内有总干渠3条，长121公里，干、支渠100条，长280公里，排
水干支沟89条，长480公里，干支渠沟建筑物456座，国家投资468万元。
