　　山东省引河、引湖灌溉工程，始于西汉时的引汶、引巨淀湖灌溉。民国期间，
曾兴修历城北园和章丘绣惠渠等小型引水灌溉工程。建国后到1985年，全省共兴建
设计灌溉面积万亩以上的引河灌区34处，其中大型2处(葛沟和龙窝灌区)，中型灌
区15处，小型灌区17处。兴建大型胜利引湖灌区1处，绣惠渠引泉灌区1处。
