　　原新沭河河北有83平方公里坡水通过牛腿沟排入老沭河，新沭河挖成后被阻于
河北，修建穿沭涵洞，使坡水穿过新沭河排入老沭河。穿沭涵洞位于大官庄北，设
计流量18立方米每秒，为混凝土底板，石拱顶涵洞，高1.5米，宽2米，共2孔，于
1950年10月27日开工，1952年12月底竣工，投资200万元。1976年沂沭河洪水东调
工程中的总干排完成后，牛腿沟水已不穿沭，直接排水新沭河北岸的总干排下段，
穿沭涵洞作废。
