　　1958年12月，苏联林业专家邦达连柯到山东指导造林典型设计和林业区划。
1979年后，山东同国外的技术交流逐渐增多。除科技资料、信息交流外，人员互访、
种苗交换活动亦大量增加，并和日本山口县建立了互访关系，促进了林业科技交流。
