    葡萄属  汉时从西域引入，山东栽培历史悠久。20世纪初优良品种不断引入，
现在广泛栽培的以欧洲种为主，亦有少量美洲种和杂交种。全省约300 多个品种。
生产上以龙眼、玫瑰香为主；酿造品种中原有雷司令、贵人香、玛瑙红，后引入黑
品诺、法国红、加里娘等。
    银杏  山东银杏栽培历史悠久，省内有3000余年的古银杏。胶东、鲁中南栽培
较多，但多数为观赏树零星栽培，作为商品果集中产于郯城县，常年产量75～ 100
万公斤。80年代后期，省内提倡栽长寿树，银杏有较大发展。
    其他杂果类  山东杂果资源丰富，如樱桃、李、杏、梅、石榴等。
