    农业资源包括土地、气候、水、生物、劳动力等。山东土地资源与人口相比，属
于人多地少；气候资源具有光热比较丰富的有利的一面，也存在降水时间分布比较悬
殊的不利的一面；水资源不能满足工农业发展和人口增长的需要；暖温带气候和复杂
的地貌，形成了种类繁多的生物资源；人口众多使劳动力队伍相应庞大。虽然各项资
源丰缺不一，但在全国，仍属具有一定综合优势的省份。
