    新中国建立以后，山东省各级党委和政府对农田基本建设十分重视，坚持“统一
规划，因地制宜，综合治理”的原则，进行了大规模的农田基本建设，为建立旱涝保
收稳产高产田，广大农民付出了巨大的劳动，国家投入了大量的资金和物资，使全省
农业生产条件发生了很大变化，为提高农业生产水平和农业现代化建设奠定了重要基
础。
