　　山东航空司令部　1926年，山东军务督办张宗昌将其由东北带来的航空队(“
飞豹”队)扩编为山东航空司令部，赵翔陆任司令，袁振铭任副司令，崔黄初任参
谋长，下设3个队。“飞豹”队长盛建莫，“飞雁”队长王秉杰，“飞雕”队长袁
佩伦。
　　山东航空学校　1926年在济南建校，赵天豪任校长，张蝶村任教育长，共有学
员18人。
