　　国家对人防宣传教育工作一直是很重视的，并把它列入各级人民防空委员会的
职责范围。山东省各级人防部门配备了防空宣传教育专职干部，给予必要的专项经
费，根据国内外形势变化，以人防工作方针、政策、任务及成就为重点，采取多种
形式开展宣传教育，增强了全民的国防观念和人防意识，保证了人防战备建设的健
康发展。
