　　清代漕运，设总督主其事。漕运总督驻淮安(今江苏省淮安市)，直辖本标左、
右营，兼辖淮安城守营，专管催粮护船事宜。沿河重要地段设有卫、所，负责漕粮
的屯卫守备，分别由守备、千总统辖。山东设有德州卫、济宁卫、临清卫、东昌卫。
1905年(光绪三十一年)，因河运已废，漕标被裁撤。
