    淮海战役结束后，山东各地武装由配合主力作战转为支援主力作战，负责接管
城市，维护后方交通，清剿散匪，维护新区秩序，先后接管了临城、枣庄、台儿庄、
峄城等城镇，并进一步发动和组织新区力量支援前线，确保后方之安全。同时，组
织了青即战役和长山岛战役，解放了山东全境。
