　　妥善安置复员、退伍军人，是各级党组织、各级人民政府一项经常性的政治任
务，是国防建设和经济建设的重要组成部分。1958-1985年，全省共安置义务兵退
伍军人153.76万人，复员干部3万人，离休退休干部3454人(含1958年以前的)，集
体转业就地办理退伍安置的义务兵3.4万多人，志愿兵转业1.29万多人，共161.8万
多人。
