　　革命战争时期，部队机动车辆很少，油料供应工作比较简单，主要从缴获中加
以解决。建国后，部队机动车辆和技术装备增多，为进行战场准备，又须储备大量
油料，所以，山东军区后勤部成立时，就建立了油料部门，到济南军区时期，又由
科逐渐扩大为处、部，逐步加强了对油料工作的领导，完成了各个时期的油料保障
任务。
