　　1954年11月以后，苏联军事顾问(专家)14人(中将3人、少将4人、上校7人)分
两批到济南军区工作。其中首席顾问3人，炮兵、坦克、国防工程顾问各2人，参谋
长、政治、通信、工兵、后勤顾问各1人。另有随员5人，家属20人。1959年6月，
苏军顾问全部撤走。行前，济南军区召开欢送大会，杨得志司令员讲了话，向专家
赠送了礼品。6月21日，军区及司政后部门领导和山东省、济南市负责人同顾问一
起合影留念。
