　　坚持党对军队的绝对领导，是人民解放军建军的根本原则。中国人民解放军完
全地无条件地置于中国共产党的领导下，一切行动听从中共中央、中央军委的指挥，
不允许向党闹独立性，不允许任何个人向党争夺兵权，也不允许其他政党在军队中
建立组织和进行活动。
