　　徐州警备司令部

　　1948年底徐州解放后，由济南警备司令部、鲁中南军区抽调干部组成徐州警备
司令部，隶属华东军区建制。1949年3月改归山东军区建制。司令员张光中，政治
委员张北华，参谋长仉鸿印，政治部主任郭卓辛。

　　东江纵队

　　1946年7月到达山东，1947年8月改称两广纵队，辖第一、第二、第三团和教导
总队。司令员曾生，政治委员雷经天，副司令员王作尧、邬强，副政治委员陈忠明，
参谋长姜茂生，政治部主任杨康华。
