　　1937年11月，中共鲁西北特委与国民党爱国将领范筑先合作抗日，将堂邑、冠
县、馆陶3县起义武装及部分游杂部队合编为范部第十支队，由特委直接领导。司
令员张维翰，政治部主任王幼平。1939年1月改编为筑先纵队，归一二九师领导。
