　　1946年1月，国民党政府令联合勤务总司令部于济南组建第四兵站总监部，作
为济(南)青(岛)地区的最高后勤补给机关，承担辖区部队粮、弹、器材的屯管和补
给，通信线路、铁路、公路的修复和伤病员的运输及治疗等项任务。陈宝仓任总监
部总监(后周力行、尹锡和)。辖第九兵站分监部(驻青岛)、第十兵站分监部(始驻
济南，后移驻潍县)。第四兵站总监部于济南战役被歼。
