    1985年，省人民警察学校成立函授部。以函授形式，对干警进行公安专业中等
教育。当年招生501人。同年， 山东公安专科学校设立了中国刑事警察学院函授部
山东函授站，具体负责该院函授部在山东的招生、教学及行政管理工作。当年，在
干警中，招收刑事侦察专业大专函授生156名。
