    1984年7月，省和济南市人民警察学校从青年干警中招收学员， 进行公安专业
中等教育培训。当年招生132人。1985年，烟台、临沂、菏泽、 惠民公安干部学校
改建为公安干部中专学校；泰安、东营、德州、聊城公安干部学校开设干部中专班。
全省共招收干部中专班学员727人。
