    1955年3月9日，山东省人民政府公安厅改称山东省公安厅。1955年1 月刘秉琳
任厅长；1956年9月张国锋任厅长。1965年底，省公安厅设20 个处室和劳改工作管
理局、公安干部学校两个直属单位。1965年6月，厅政治部升格，下设组教、干部、
直工处，副厅长郭宏毅任主任，副主任亦配副厅级干部。
