各专署，各市、县(市)人民委员会，省直各部门：
　　为了加强特种行业管理，控制和防范违法犯罪活动，维护社会治安，现将山东
省旅店业、印铸刻字业、旧货业、修理业等四个特种行业管理暂行办法发给你们，
由各市、县(市)人民委员会印发给各有关部门和有关行业施行。此件作为内部文件，
不登报，不张贴布告。
