　　民政部门负责的抚恤对象是：（一）在服役期间因参战或因公负伤致残，退出
现役的革命军人；（二）因参战和执行战勤任务负伤致残的民兵、民工，及在县以
上统一组织的军事训练中负伤致残的非职工民兵；（三）在服现役期间因战或因公
负伤致残，退出现役的人民警察（包括武装、边防、消防民警和有军籍的干部）；
（四）因战、因公负伤致残的国家党政机关、民主党派、人民团体列入行政编制的
人员，以及部队无军籍的在编人员。
