    1955年3月4日，省一届人大第二次会议选举产生了山东省人民委员会(以下简
称省人委)。省人民委员会的工作重点是带领全省各级政府和人民群众完成社会主
义改造，实现第一个五年计划，开展“大跃进”和人民公社化运动，加强省人委及
其工作部门和各级地方政府的自身建设。
