　　国家机关人员的补贴，主要有地区物价津贴、地区生活费补贴(限于边疆地区)、
房租补贴、粮价补贴、副食品价格补贴、交通费补贴、取暖费补贴等，80年代又增
发洗理费、图书补助费、夏季防暑降温费等补贴。另外，还针对一些特殊情况而建
立补贴，如小单位伙食补贴、驻海岛人员生活费补贴、少数民族职工伙食补助以及
夜班津贴等。
